Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and visionary Art Director to join our creative team and help drive the visual direction of our campaigns and projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design sensibility, exceptional conceptual thinking abilities, and the leadership skills to guide design teams in creating compelling visual solutions that elevate brand experiences and deliver on business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the visual direction for campaigns and projects across various media platforms, ensuring high quality and brand consistency

• Develop and execute creative concepts that effectively communicate client messages while maintaining aesthetic excellence

• Manage and mentor a team of designers, illustrators, and other visual artists to deliver exceptional creative work

• Collaborate closely with copywriters, creative directors, and strategists to create integrated campaign concepts

• Present design concepts and creative directions to clients, articulating visual decisions with clear rationale

• Stay current with design trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure innovative approaches to visual storytelling

• Ensure all visual elements adhere to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries

• Work within project timelines and budgets while maintaining creative integrity

• Participate in new business pitches and contribute to the agency's growth initiatives

• Provide art direction for photo and video shoots when required
