Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare, analyze, and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders.

General Ledger & Month-End Close: Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all journal entries and reconciliations are completed accurately and timely.

Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with department leaders to support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting activities.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance accuracy, and improve reporting timelines.

Compliance & Audit Support: Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS), assist in the preparation of audit schedules, and liaise with external auditors.

Mentorship & Leadership: Support and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and promoting continuous learning and development.
